  • Juliana C. McFadden

    Founder & President

Juli received her Paralegal Certification from Roosevelt University in Chicago and is currently Vice President and Document Specialist at one of our country’s largest financial institutions, handling legal documents and due diligence for multi million-dollar lease transactions.  Juli has been married to her husband David, for over 35 years and they have two daughters and six granddaughters!

So how did Juli become Founder & President of SISTER Ministries, Inc.? In Rick Warren’s book, The Purpose Driven Life, he tells us, “God wants you to have a Christ-like ministry on earth. That means other people are going to find healing in your wounds. Your greatest life message and your most effective ministry will come out of your deepest hurts. The things you’re most embarrassed about, most ashamed of, and most reluctant to share are the very tools God can use most powerfully to heal others.”  Follow this link to learn more about Juli's Story  and the life message that God is using to most powerfully heal others.

  • Lisa Kukla

    Vice President &

    Ministry Leader

Lisa has a passion for serving women. Part of her experience includes having worked at House of Refuge Sunnyslope, a homeless shelter and transitional housing program. As the Women’s Program Director, she was able to share the gospel and love on people in less fortunate circumstances. Lisa is mom to three beautiful daughters and is married to her best friend, Patrick. They attend Pure Heart Church in Phoenix.

Lisa comes to SISTER Ministries with a unique background that allows her to relate to the women in a personal way. Having served time herself, she truly understands the hardships surrounding women who have been incarcerated. Her heart is to show the ladies who attend SISTER that there is freedom in Jesus and that the best is yet to come.
